RESPECT LIFE PRAYER: Loving God, Creator of all life, You have known us for
all eternity. Before You ever formed us in our mother's wombs, You knew us. Teach
us to foster the loving care of all Your creation, including the unborn, the elderly,
the handicapped, and the terminally ill. Help us to see anew the miracle and
sacredness of all life, and give us a profound awareness of our responsibility toward
this gift from You. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all
your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: you
shall love your neighbor as yourself."
